| All tenderers were required to meet mandatory evaluation criteria as follows: a) The tenderer is independent of the design and construction (D&C) consortiums for the M12RT project and has not provided programming, commercial, technical, or claims advice to any member of the D&C consortiums in respect of the M12RT project; b) The tenderer must demonstrate corporate capability and experience in the delivery of scheduling, cost estimating, time and time-related cost claims assessment services on projects of similar nature and/or value in the past two years; c) For the Delay Claim Advisor services, the tenderer?s proposed expert (?the expert?) to have demonstrable prior experience as an expert witness and/or in the provision of expert opinion in the nominated disciplines (programming, delay, or quantum) on projects of a similar nature and/or value; and d) Provide evidence that the tender meets the Project Insurance requirements through the submission of relevant certificate of currency. The Tenderer had to demonstrate that they satisfied the Mandatory Evaluation Criteria.
