| Minimum Requirements: Tenderer has successfully provided FA and forensic accounting services for the delivery phase of major transport projects that meet the following minimum requirements (collectively): - on an infrastructure project with capital value greater than $500m; - in brownfield urban environments in NSW; - within the last 5 years; and - for the Australian or NSW government or statutory authorities or private sector organisations participating in the procurement and delivery of large-scale transport infrastructure initiatives. Non-Price Evaluation Criteria Organisation - Demonstrated capability, capacity and experience in providing FA and forensic accounting services for government or statutory authorities or private sector organisations participating in the procurement and delivery of large-scale transport infrastructure initiatives; - Past performance in providing FA services during the delivery phase on incentivised target cost or similar reimbursable/collaborative contracts; - Proposed project team experience, structure, and composition; and - Resource allocation and availability of back up personnel. People - Qualifications, availability and suitability of proposed personnel; and - Demonstrated ability and experience of proposed personnel in providing FA and forensic accounting services in the delivery phase on incentivised target cost contracts or similar reimbursable/collaborative contracts for large-scale transport infrastructure projects. Approach - Demonstrated appreciation and understanding of the proposed scope of work to be undertaken by the Service Provider; - Preparation of a robust methodology to achieve the required outcomes and engagement deliverables within the required project timelines; - Demonstrated experience and methodology in managing interfaces between the various project teams and disciplines to ensure quality and completeness of the scope of services within the program timelines and budgets. |
