| Tenders will be assessed on the basis of best value for money. This includes consideration of the following criteria, to the extent that such criteria is required to be provided by the Tenderer under this RFT: Performance ? Record of performance on similar work including demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to sensitive project issues, media and the community; ? Record of completion on time including meeting milestones and deadlines; and ? Record of completion within agreed budget. Price ? Demonstrated value for money. Proposed Methodology ? Understanding of project and client needs and proposed procedures to achieve project outcomes specified in the Brief. ? The Proposed Methodology will include the physical monitoring requirements as well as the reporting process for all tasks, including the provisional items. ? Provide details of the accredited laboratory and relevant accreditations for the personnel proposed for the genetic analysis. ? Demonstrated experience in undertaking statistical power analysis as part of experimental design of ecological field surveys. Technical Skills ? Qualifications and competence of proposed key personnel (included technical and project / management skills). Organisational Capability ? Ability to provide nominated personnel and availability of backup resources; ? Recent and relevant experience in comparable services; and ? Proposals and previous performance concerning workplace relations, the Building Code 2016 and the NSW Code (and all supporting Guidelines). |
