1. Model of electronic transponder (TAG) is compliant with Australian Standard AS494962-2005 Electronic toll collection - Transaction specification for Australian interoperability on the DSRC link 2nd edition 2005. 2. Model of electronic transponder (TAG) must have passed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Technical Committee OBU Test Framework Protocol. 3. The ability to comply with tight shipment timeframes as per (a), (b) and (c). (a) First shipment of 50,000 approved electronic transponders (TagS) to be delivered FIS to RMS's nominated warehouse between 1 July 2016 - 7 July 2016. (b) Second shipment of 50,000 approved electronic transponders (TagS) to be delivered FIS to RMS's nominated warehouse between 1 September 2016 - 5 September 2016. (c) Demonstrated capacity to supply similar volumes (as per (a) and (b)) within defined timeframes. 4. Compliance with the requirements stated in the Scope of Work. 5. Price 6. Operational performance/testing of electronic transponder (TAG) samples supplied under this tender. 7. Demonstrated experience and expertise in successfully providing similar goods and services of a similar nature, size and complexity. 8. Existing or proposed support for SME's including local industry jobs, skills and capacity development as set out in proponent's SME Participation Plan. 9. Compliance with the Draft Contract.
