The disclosed Contract value represents the Contract price (inclusive of Options 2,3 and 4) plus an additional 10% for GST. The value may be overstated if GST does not apply to all parts of the Contract.

The Principal can accept a Quotation submitted by the Contractor under clause 1.4 of Annexure B to the Framework Deed IPD-19-7937 by issuing a Notice to Proceed letter to the Contractor.

TfNSW accepted a Quotation submitted by the Contractor for the Sydney Harbour Bridge Cycleway Northern Access Project under clause 1.2 of Annexure B to the Framework Deed IPD-19-7937, which was assessed as per the above mentioned evaluation criteria.
