| In accordance with the PMO Procurement Procedures Section of the PMO Procurement - Competition Limit Summary PR-160 (the ?Competition Limits?), tenders were sought through a competitive Open Tender process, the individual candidates, and Tenderers have been selected to be awarded the Contract. The Commercial TAC undertook an initial review of the tender responses to the Minimum Requirements. The TAC agreed that the Tenderers listed passed the Minimum Requirements (as defined in the ITT) and those Tenderers were shortlisted to the next stages of evaluation (for scoring against the ?Non-Price Evaluation Criteria?). Following completion of the non-price evaluation, the TAC commenced their evaluation of the commercial schedules. The TAC noted a range of rates provided by Tenderers for both the role of Commercial Director and Commercial Manager. |
