Tender Details

Tenders are invited for the Hazardous Area Upgrade at Tugun Tunnel and St Helena Tunnel.

The scope of work includes the supply, delivery and installation of hazardous area electrical equipment at both St Helena and Tugun Bypass Tunnels as per the designs provided.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 9:00 am on Tuesday 14 May 2024.

Location: MS Teams (2 Sussyer Avenue, Tweed Heads West - If attending Site Visit)

 Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming Application. A non-mandatory site visit will be held following the pre-tender meeting.

Tenderers must confirm their attendance for the pretender meeting and site visit by COB Friday, 10 May by emailing josh.john@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating ‘Pretender meeting attendance confirmation – 24.0000129384.0308 Hazardous Area Upgrade Tugun Tunnel and St Helena Tunnel.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
