Tenders are invited for the Construction of Replacement Vehicular Ferry for the Berowra Creek Crossing. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the fabrication and delivery of a steel hull and steel components for a twenty-one (21) vehicular river ferry in accordance with this tender document.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 02:00 pm on Wednesday, 26 June 2024 via Microsoft Teams meeting. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming Application.

Tenderers must confirm their attendance for the pretender meeting by 19/06/2024by emailing josh.john@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating ‘Pretender meeting attendance confirmation – 23.0000129385.1563 Construction of Replacement Vehicular Ferry for the Berowra Creek Crossing.’ A link to join will be sent to the attendees.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
