Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Supply of Electronic Transponders (TAG) and Disposal Services - RMS.16.0000002914.0233

Tenders are invited to provide the supply of Electronic Transponders (TAG) and Disposal Services.

The successful service provider will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Supply of Electronic Transponders (TAGS) and Associated Products
• Electronic Transponders (TAGS) packaging and labelling
• Electronic Transponders (TAGS) warranty services; and
• Electronic Transponders (TAGS) destruction services (optional) 

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Governments Code of Practice for Procurement.

Tenderers will be required to sign a Confidentially Deed prior to receiving the RFP eTendering passcode to down load the complete suite of RFP documentation.

Tenders must be lodged electronically at the Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) e-Tendering website.

Request for Proposals - An invitation for expressions of interest / seeking preliminary proposals. In many cases these may be used as a basis for shortlisting tenderers, along with other criteria such as expertise and experience. Prospective tenderers are initially evaluated for their proposal against the relevant selection criteria. A number of those who best meet the criteria are invited to tender. For complex or some other types of procurement, where the product or service outcomes are highly dependent on the content of the proposals received from Tenderers, the outcome may be negotiated.
