Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking a Professional Services Contractor to provide Independent Safety Assessor Services for the Digital Systems Program Tranche 2.
The Scope of Services specifies the Independent Safety Assessor Services to be completed by the Professional Services Contractor.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.

The Tender documents are password protected. Tenderers who wish to view the tender documents have to sign and return the attached Confidentiality Deed by email to procurement.services.rail@transport.nsw.gov.au. Upon receipt of the signed Confidentiality Deed the password for the Tender documents will be provided.

Conditions for Participation
Tenderers must submit their response as two (2) separate files only. The first is to consist of the completed "Commercial Schedules". The second file is to consist of the completed "Non-Commercial Schedules" and is to exclude any reference to pricing. Multiple separate documents will not be accepted, unless you obtain prior approval from TfNSW.
This ensures that Tenders are complete and accurate, are presented in the manner intended by the Tenderer, and allows for timely distribution of Tenders to the Tender Assessment Committee.
