Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is inviting suitably qualified organisations to undertake the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Replacement at St Helena Tunnel. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of four (4) UPS units at the St Helena Tunnel in accordance with TfNSW specifications.
This is not an open tender. Participation in the tender process is limited to invited tenderers only.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
