Tender Details

Tenders are invited for the MR84- Stephens/Fitzroy Intersection Improvement- Electrical Asset Relocation.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to the supply to site, installation, and commissioning of electrical assets in accordance with Essential Energy and TfNSW requirements and approved drawing ECN-056367. This Project is located within Road Reserve at the intersection of Stephens & Fitzroy Streets, Binalong NSW 2584. 

A mandatory onsite pre-tender meeting will be held at 10:00 on Friday, 17 May 2024 at 1403 Yass Valley Way, Yass NSW 2582. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming application. A mandatory site visit will be held following the pre-tender meeting.

Tenderers must confirm their attendance for the pretender meeting and site visit by COB Wednesday, 15 May 2024 by emailing Josh.John@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating, ‘Pre-Tender meeting and site visit attendance confirmation – 24.0000129145.0425 – MR84- Stephens/Fitzroy Intersection Improvement- Electrical Asset Relocation’.

This is not an open tender. Participation in the tender process is limited to invited tenderers only.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
