Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Remediation Work for TfNSW asset at North Epping - 23.0000137022.1471

Transport for NSW is seeking an experienced contractor for the provision of remediation services and removal of asbestos detected within a soil mound situated behind the unoccupied residence in North Epping (“the Site”).

Tenders are invited from contractors with Transport for NSW to remediate the Site. This work consists ofthe remediation of asbestos impacted soil mound and backfill at the Site.

The proposed works aims to achieve Transport’s objective of divesting the site without the need for on-site containment and future management of the asbestos impacted soil contained within the mound and ancillary area by disposing it at a licensed landfill.

A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at 11:00am on Monday, 3 June 2024 at 83 Devon Street, North Epping. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
