This is a Quality Assurance contract.

Tenders are invited from pre-qualified contracts at Bridgeworks Class B40 or higher to construct southbound bridge over Georges River and reconstruct and widen the northern and southern road approaches on Alfords Point Road (MR 190) at Alfords Point. This work consists of earthworks, drainage construction, paving and bridge constructed by the incremental launch technique.

Tenders must comply with the NSW Government's Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.

Tenders are to be lodged in the tender box at the RTA's Tender Box, Community Relations, Ground Floor, 260 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills.

A pre-tender meeting, including a site inspection, will be help at 11:30am on Monday, 31 July 2006 at Menai Community Centre Training Room, Menai Market Place, Allison Crescent, Menai. Attendance at the pre-tender meeting is compulsory to submit a conforming tender.
