The Roads and Traffic Authority of New South Wales seeks EOIs from experienced architectural organisations to provide comprehensive architectural and contract administration services for the fitout of RTA leased office premises in the Sydney Region comprising approximately 14,000-15,000sqm.
The scope includes organisation & staff needs analysis, concept design, detailed design and documentation, sub-consultant design services co-ordination, contract administration, inspection and defects evaluation.
Interested parties are to submit an Expression of Interest comprising:
Experience in fitout work of a similar type. Financial background. Availability of resources and team profile. Ability to manage the project within the time frame.
Tenders will be sought from a maximum of 3 contractors selected from the expressions of interest.
All capability statements must comply with the NSW Governments Code of Practice for Procurement
