The Roads and Traffic Authority of New South Wales seeks EOIs from experienced and multi-disciplined Building Services Consultants to provide comprehensive building services design (mechanical/ electrical/ hydraulic/ fire/ data/ communications/ security etc) for the fitout of RTA leased office premises in the Sydney Region comprising approximately 14,000-15,000sqm.
The role includes concept design, detailed design, cost plan, inspection and defects evaluation.
Interested parties are to submit an Expression of Interest comprising:
Experience in work of a similar type.
Financial background.
Availability of resources and team profile.
Ability to manage the project within the time frame.
Tenders will be sought from a maximum of 3 contractors selected from the expressions of interest.
All capability statements must comply with the NSW Governments Code of Practice for Procurement
