This is a Quality Assurance contract.
Proposals are invited from suitable and experienced consultants for the provision of selected site management services for the Sapphire to Woolgoolga upgrade project.
The project extends over approximately 25 kilometres from 7.15km north of Coffs Harbour at Sapphire to 32.53km north of Coffs Harbour at Arrawarra. The project involves upgrading of the existing two lane / two way highway, from the growing northern beach suburbs of Coffs Harbour (Sapphire) to South Woolgoolga, and a new section of four lane divided motorway style carriageway that bypasses the township of Woolgoolga.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement
