Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Provision of Survey Services for Sydney and Regional NSW - 24.0000137093.0349

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced external Surveying firms to supplement current internal capacity and assist in the provisions of on-site and office post processing of survey services for Sydney and Regional NSW. The Survey Services are required across 6 geographic zones of New South Wales including North, Hunter, Sydney, Southern, South-West and West. Standing Offer Deeds will be offered to the successful respondents.

Services required within each zone includes the following:

• Cadastral surveying (all regions)

• Utility investigations (all regions)

• Geospatial surveying (all regions)

Tenderers must be registered under the Transport for NSW (TfNSW) Technical Services Registration Schemes, for at least one (or more) of the following categories, at the time of tender release:

• Cadastral Surveying

• Geospatial

• Utilities

A web-based pre-tender meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on Friday, 10 May 2024 at 12:00 pm. Attendance is not mandatory to submit a conforming Application.

Tenderers must confirm their attendance for the pre-tender meeting by COB Wednesday 8 May 2024 by emailing Shereen.Nessim@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating “Pre-Tender Meeting Attendance Confirmation – 24.0000137093.0349 - Provision of Survey Services for Sydney and Regional NSW”. Dialling details will be provided only to the confirmed attendees.
