Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / MR523 Bridge Road Permanent Cycleway - 23.0000139283.0266.NOTICE

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Transport for NSW under the National Prequalification Scheme at F10 (Financial) and R3 (Roadworks) to construct the Permanent Cycleway at Bridge Road, Glebe. This work consists offinal trench restoration, pavement mill & re-sheet and then convert the existing pop-up cycleway on Bridge Road/Pyrmont Bridge Road to a permanent cycleway.

The successful tenderer will be selected through a two-phase procurement process. The first phase requires applicants to submit an EOI in response to this advertisement. A short list of applicants will then be selected from this EOI process and invited to tender for the work.

A pre-tender briefing will be held at 10:00AM on Thursday, 30 May 2024 at 71-73 Pyrmont Bridge Road, Pyrmont. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming Application.

Prospective applicants will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the passcode to access the EOI documents.

All applicants must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
