Evaluation Criteria Weighting
Tenders were assessed on the basis of best value for money. This includes but not limited to the following: Methodology and Capability: ? Demonstrated understanding of the project requirements and TfNSW need sand proposed procedures to achieve project outcomes, including making reference should be made to company WH&S systems and how COVID‐19may be managed. Reference should also be made to project safety protocols i.e. use of SWMS, site inductions, tool box talks etc. and stipulate how the no‐lone worker policy will apply. ? Tenderers should also make comment and make allowance for generation ofthe WH&S plan and details of the Hold Point release given in the Brief. ? Demonstrated knowledge of similar works and detail around the last 2projects completed. ? Technical Skills: ? Qualifications and competence of proposed key personnel (including technical and project/ management skills). ? Key personal experience including CVs Past Performance: ? Record of performance on similar work including standard of outputs. ? Completion on time including meeting milestones and deadlines. ? Completion within agreed budget. ? Demonstrated resource availability and capacity to fulfil the tender requirement within proposed timeframe. Reporting: Demonstrated ability of prompt reporting and effective project management, including a program of works that clearly shows the different stages of the project.
