(b) Demonstrated experience and expertise in successfully providing personalisation and mailing services of a similar nature, size and complexity. (c) Demonstrated experience and expertise in the Transition Management of services for a similar size organisation to the RTA. (d) Demonstrated compliance with privacy requirements and security arrangements. (e) Demonstrated evidence of the Proponents ability to meet the application mail lodgement timeframes as set out in the Service Level Agreement.
