Tender Details
Tenders are invited from managing contractors with expertise in the following corporate real estate management services (MS):
- Strategic MS
- Facilities MS
- Property and Lease MS
- Environment and sustainability MS
- Financial MS
- Contract and performance MS
- Transition MS
- and an on-line management information system.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.
An industry briefing will be held at 3pm on Wednesday 17 March at 101 Miller Street, North Sydney. Attendance is optional.
THIS IS NOT AN OPEN TENDER: A Confidentiality Agreement must be completed prior to full tender documentation being made available to each proponent.
