This is a Quality Assurance Contract.
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to maintain ITS equipment on the LPT. This work consists of Routine and Non-routine Maintenance and requested upgrades of ITS equipment and Systems on the LPT.
Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.
A pre-tender meeting has been scheduled for 10:00am, Monday 12 April 2010 at Level 6, 27 Argyle Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150 followed by a site visit. Attendance to pre-tender meeting is mandatory to submit a conforming tender. Tenderers purchasing the documents will be advised of the full details of the meeting.
The RTA requires that a Confidentially Agreement be completed and emailed to harbans_puria@rta.nsw.gov.au or fax to 02 8849 2849 prior to a password being provided that will allow access the tender documentation. The Confidentiality Agreement can be located in the preview documents
