The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, in accordance with the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, August 2009, applies to this project.
Applications for registration of interest are invited from suitably pre-qualified and experienced RX contractors to undertake the design and construction of the Pacific Highway Tintenbar to Ewingsdale upgrade.
The project involves the detailed design of 16.3km of road, bridge and tunnel works, environmental management and construction of earthworks, drainage, bridge structures, the St Helena Tunnel, pavements, landscaping and roadside furniture. A shortlist of suitable applicants will be selected and invited to submit tenders for the design and construction of the project. All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.
