Transport for NSW (TfNSW) Land Management team is seeking to engage an experienced and qualified contractor to remediate a parcel of land identified as Lot 41 DP1100854 Richmond Road, at Colebee NSW.

The goal of this project is to:

• Dispose of identified hazardous materials to a facility licensed by the NSW EPA to receive the waste

• Construction of the Principals Design

• Protect the environment and items of heritage value

• Prepare the site for handover to NPWS.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at site at 10:30 am on Thursday 27 April 2023.
