Central Coast Council / Upgrade of Power Supply and NBN to Central Coast Airport - CPA/1195

The proposed contract is for the installation of 11kV High Voltage conduits and cables, plus the internal reticulation of the NBN Pit and Pipe Network at Central Coast Airport. Full details of the scope of work and any exclusions are included in the Specification (Attachment 1) and Drawings (Attachment 2A & 2B).

This is a lump sum contract based on AS2124- 1992 General Conditions of Contract. The contract period for completion is 12 working weeks from the date of the Ausgrid Pre-Construction Meeting. Tenders are being sought from Ausgrid Level 1 Grade A Accredited Service Providers for the construction of the works.

The lump sum tendered must include all costs necessary to provide the works under the Contract including without limitation the cost of all personnel, materials, plant and equipment, fuel, consumables, mobilisation, demobilisation, support systems, overheads, profit, travelling time, expenses, disbursements, fees and charges and all other associated costs.

The fee and rates are fixed and not subject to escalation or review.

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the Preferred Tenderer.
