Tender Details
This invitation is for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to adopt a list of recognised contractors (consultants) from which selective tenders may be invited for the detailed design and documentation of remediation works on up to six closed landfill sites throughout the Shire.
Wyong Shire Council has adopted a program for the remediation of several former landfill sites. Environmental investigation works are proceeding on all of those sites and each will, in turn, progress to preparation and adoption of a remediation action plan . Following completion of each remediation action plan, selective tenders will be invited from the list of recognised contractors, for the detailed design and documentation for consent and subsequent construction of the proposed remediation works on each of the sites. This EOI process does not relate to the future tenders for the construction works.
The first design tender is expected to be invited early in 2010 and others are expected to follow progressively over approximately 18 months.
A mandatory pre-EOI meeting will be held and attendance will be a pre-requisite for lodgement of a conforming response to this EOI invitation (Now amended to Thursday 11 February 2010 - see Addendum No.1).

A mandatory pre-EOI meeting will be held at Council's offices, commencing at 10am on Wednesday 10 February 2010. Attendance at this meting will be a pre-requisite for lodgement of a conforming response to this EOI invitation.
