Tender Details
A new fire station for the rural fire service is to be constructed at Ourimbah Creek Road, Ourimbah. Earthworks for the site, to sub grade level, have been undertaken by others. This lump sum contract is for the construction of the fire station building and connection of associated services. Following construction of the building hard stand surfaces for access, parking etc will be constructed by others. It is currently planned that a contract for the building will be let in November 2009 with building construction completed by April 2010.
