Fixed Lump Sum contract for the construction of the Hamlyn Terrace Community Centre & Sporting Facility project. Works include a Community Centre building, two football fields, an overlay cricket oval/AFL field, practice cricket nets, three multipurpose courts, field and court floodlighting, two petanque pistes, a childrens playground, an ameneities building (incorporating public toilets), BBQ and picnic facilities, shared pathway and exercise stations, and associated carparking and landscaping works.
