Central Coast Council / WSC Air Conditioning Maintenance Services 2010/2011 - CPA/184247

Wyong Shire Council has numerous facilities with air conditioning equipment installed. The heavy duty items are located in Council’s Chambers building at Hely St., Wyong. Lighter duty equipment is located throughout the remainder of Council’s area of operations, ranging from medium sized packaged units to wall mounted room air conditioners.

Maintenance services are required for a period of two years to keep the equipment in a reliable and serviceable condition. The services to be provided under this contract include;

-          Scheduled Preventive Maintenance,

-          Scheduled Corrective Maintenance and

-          Breakdown Corrective Maintenance.

Service fees for Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services and Scheduled Corrective Maintenance the labour rates for Breakdown Corrective Maintenance services will be fixed for the two year contract.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at Wyong Shire Council Civic Centre, 2 Hely St Wyong, commencing at 2.30pm on Friday 24 September 2010
