Wyong Shire Council is dedicated to the maintenance and improvement of its water supply. This project involves the application of a suitable lining system to improve and ensure the integrity and life span of three of Councils water reservoirs.
Tuggerah 1 Reservoir, located off the Pacific Highway at Kangy Angy, is a 13ML post stressed concrete reservoir. Ridgeway Reservoirs 1 and 2, located on The Ridgeway at Tumbi Umbi, are twin pre-stressed concrete reservoirs with capacities of 0.1ML each.
This lump sum and schedule of rates tender is for the preparation and repair of concrete surfaces and the application of primer and lining materials to the internal surfaces of the Tuggerah 1 and Ridgeway 1 and 2 Reservoirs. The contract will operate under the general conditions of AS2124 - 1992.

Pre-Tender Meeting
A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at Wyong Shire Council Administration Building, Hely St, Wyong, commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Friday 14 May 2010. Attendees will then be invited to attend the Reservoirs that form the project. Transport to the reservoirs will be the responsibility of the attendee.
The reservoirs will be available for inspection in this time, prospective Tenderers are advised that confined space regulations apply to these reservoirs and that all relevant documentation will be required before entry is permitted. It is also advised that attendees should provide lighting such as a torch in order to undertake internal inspection.
