Central Coast Council / Supply and Delivery of Ready Mix Concrete - CPA/182955

The Contract for which a Tender in accordance with these conditions is to be made shall be on a Schedule of Rates basis. The initial Tendered rate(s) will be fixed for the first twelve month period of the Contract, thereafter rates can be revised in twelve month intervals based on CPI provisions.

 

The scope of Contract Works covers the Supply and Delivery of:

 

·         Ready Mix Concrete

 

The Principal uses approximately 5,000 cubic metres of Ready Mix Concrete per annum. This amount can vary significantly according to work programmes and weather and is advised purely as a guide only. The Principal neither warrants or guarantees the actual quantity of Ready Mix Concrete required from any single or all approved Contractors.

 

The Principal reserves the right to award Contracts to one or more Tenderer’s and to obtain the specified materials from one or more sources of supply. Subject to tenders received, the Principal is intending to rank suppliers in accordance with price, quality, availability and conformance. Purchase Orders for supply of specified materials will be issued to Contractors in order of rank
