Central Coast Council / Options Report, Detail Design and Tender Documentation for T22 Budgewoi Sewage Pump Station Upgrade - CPA/144772

The existing Sewage Pumping Station T22, built in 1979, is located in John Slade Park, Budgewoi Road West on Crown owned land. The Principal has identified in a Developing Service Plan that the existing Pumping Station requires upgrading. Deficiencies have been identified with the pumping station in regards to safe access for maintenance, operation of isolation valves, pipe work/valves in poor condition, pump capacities and the restoration of the electrical supply to allow the operation of all pump sets when required. This project is being undertaken to either upgrade the existing station and/or build a new station. The work shall initially include the preparation of an "options report" outlining the three upgrade options identified by council for the T22 sewerage pumping station. Following the Principals approval of one of the three identified options, the Consultant will undertake the preparation of tender documentation for the preferred option to allow for the project procurement, construction, commissioning and handover to the Principal.
