The proposed development is for the construction of a solar panel tower to provide electrical supply for the existing telecommunications facility. This facility is used by Council for its telemetry network and by a number of other users. The power supply is currently provided by a diesel generator. The site contains the existing telecommunications mast and two support buildings.
Note: Supply and installation of the solar panels and any electrical works are NOT included as part of this Contract.
