Central Coast Council / The Entrance Waterfront Plaza - Paving Rectification - CPA/1254

Council is seeking tenders for completion of rectification of defective and incomplete paving works. This will enable completion of the upgrade of the existing facilities at The Waterfront Plaza, The Entrance.

The Contractor’s scope of the work under the contract includes the following:

 

• Preconstruction activities and documentation

• Supply and implement effective safety and environmental controls and monitor during works.

• Implement Traffic and Pedestrian Control arrangements in accordance with the RTA Traffic Control at Worksites Manual

• Set out works

• Carry out all required demolition works and legal off-site disposal of waste material

• Provision of all paving materials as specified in the Contract Documents. No substitutions will be accepted

• Rectification of misaligned joints where required

• Completion of saw cutting of paving and bedding down to subbase slab where required;

• Installation of grouting where required

• Replacement of loose or missing paving ( including cobbles, large format pavers and paving band) where required

• Installation of silicone where required

• Cleaning and sealing of any areas of rectified paving works post rectification

• Restore construction sites, storage area/s, and roadway, to pre-construction condition or better
