Provide brokerage financial assistance to eligible family members for accommodation and transport to facilitate visits to a family member in custody more than 100 kilometres away from their NSW residence – limited up to four times per year.
Provide limited financial assistance to facilitate visits to correctional centres not easily accessed by public transport.
Provide limited financial assistance to elderly and disabled family and friends to facilitate visits with inmate family member
Provide advocacy on behalf of clients.
Provide a telephone contact service to respond to client enquiries.
Assist with advice on correctional centre visit requirements.
Assistance to access mainstream and/or community support services.
