The daily and hourly rates set out in the Contractor’s Professional Services Rate Card are fixed until 31 December 2018.

The Contractor shall be entitled to an annual inflationary adjustment to all Professional Services Rates with effect from 1 January 2019 and the subsequent anniversary of that date if the customer exercises the option to extend the contract. The annual increase will be equivalent to the percentage increase in Same Incumbent (Average) Nominal Base Salaries (as published in the AIIA’s Survey of Salaries & Remuneration Report) over the last twelve (12) months of available data.

Any changes to the contract may be negotiated subject to Schedule 4 Variation Procedures of the Procure IT 3.2 contract format.
