Learning and development services for Permanency Support Program providers. 

1.Finalising the preliminary PSP Sector Workforce Development and Training strategy including a delivery plan of tasks and activities.

2. The centralisation and coordination of a repository of resources (publications, toolkits, training, and initiatives) related to PSP.

This will include:

a) existing resources developed and delivered by FACS for PSP service delivery

b) adapting existing FACS practice resources for service providers (related to PSP)

c) referrals to existing training/initiatives delivered or funded by FACS, delivered by peak bodies or external organisations.

3. the provision of a professional online interactive learning platform where the repository of resources can be accessed and a PSP community is cultivated

4. the development and delivery* of additional information, resources and training identified as ‘knowledge gaps’ in strategy,

5. creating face to face opportunities for practitioners to learn together and work collaboratively to deliver integrated services which may include conferences or facilitating communities of practice

6. consultancy and advisory services, capability building, coaching and mentoring

7. evaluation of the services provided.
