On the anniversary of the contract a pricing review will be undertaken to set the fixed price each year which will be based on validation of cost impacts. The supplier will pass on cost reductions that occur, whether through exchange rate variables, innovation or other means, and may decrease over time.

The contract will be awarded for an initial 5 years with a 3 years extension option.

The supplier will deliver to all Corrective Services, Sheriffs Office, Rural Fire Services, State Emergency Service, and Youth Justice locations through out the state of NSW.
