Tender Details
Tenders are being sought by Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) from suitably qualified contractors for the design and subsequent construction of a steel framed metal clad building at our Cessnock Correctional Complex located at Lindsay Street, Cessnock NSW 2325.
The successful contractor will be responsible for the complete design and construction of a steel framed metal clad building measuring internally 36m wide x 54m long x 6m high (at lowest point above finished concrete floor level). Design & construction of a mezzanine level and dividing wall will also be required.
