NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Port Macquarie Housing Redevelopment Project - Construction of 97 social housing dwellings - RFT115/041910

The redevelopment of vacant land that will be consolidated into three individual lots incorporating:

·       Site 1 – A community housing development of 24 dwelling units in a four storey building

·       Site 2 – general public housing development of 32 dwelling units in a four storey building

·       Site 3 – a seniors living development of 41 dwelling units and related common facilities in a six storey building

·       Associated remediation, civil and external works including street improvements

·       Associated landscape and site works.

The total indicative gross floor area of the three buildings is 8,613 square metres.

Three firms are invited from the Department of Services, Technology and Administration's panel of accredited best-practice contractors to undertake projects of this value. They are:

·       Richard Crookes Constructions Pty Limited

Tenders from any other firm will not be considered.
