The scope will require collocating the Sheriff and the Registry, provision of a Call Over court, a Domestic Violence Room, Magistrate Common Room, refurbish the public and staff toilet, provision of a public counter area to comply with the face to face 2010 guidelines, compliance with the AS1428 part 1-4 accessibility requirements particularly for the registry and public area, secure the staff parking at the rear to of the building via an electronic boom gate, carpet replacement, painting, new workstation, upgrade the services to comply with current BCA & AS standards, public seating replacement and structural rectification works to address the slab settlement and cracks in the building
