Brookfield Multiplex has been engaged as Project Manager for these works which include demolition of existing partitions and ceiling, construction of new plasterboard/glazed partition, 2 new ensuite, ceilings, painting, fire protection, security system, air conditioning installation, FF & E supply & Install, joinery.
All finishes to match existing.
As the complex will be operational during the construction period, works will be staged and carried out during the weekend and/or after hours to prevent any disruption to the operation of the courts.
