Department of Attorney General and Justice (DAGJ) invites applications to provide a criminogenic case management and intervention service for the Youth on Track early intervention model. The service will support young people with a high likelihood of re-offending referred by NSW Police and the NSW Department of Education and Communities.
DAGJ requires a NGO service provider to deliver the service across the Blacktown, Mid-North Coast and Newcastle City NSW Police Local Area Commands.
The NGO service provider is required to implement the YoT service in each of the Local Area Commands to take on the first referrals by 1 July 2013.
The NGO service provider will support up to 100 young people per Local Area Command over the duration of the service.
Tender information sessions will be held in each of the 3 Youth on Track sites between the 11th and 12th of March 2013. The aim of the sessions is to provide information about the Youth on Track service and the tender process. This will enable both local and head office staff from your organisation to attend.
