NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd (Businesslink) is a provider of shared corporate services, delivering solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources and Business Support to the Department of Human Services (DHS).

Businesslink is in the initial stages of implementing a new Service Management capability in order to equip Businesslink with the tools required to deliver IT and non-IT services to its customers.
