Tender Details
The commercial fit-out works that comprise this ‘Request for Tender’ shall include, but are not limited to the following:
- Partition wall, doors & glazing section
- Reception desk, kitchen, kitchenettes, cupboards, client accessible toilet & shelving joinery
- Hydraulic Services including sinks, sanitary ware & tap ware
- Electrical Services including lighting & power
- Voice and data cabling
- Mechanical Services including air conditioning, exhaust systems, ductwork and transfer ducting
- Fire services including exit signage, emergency lighting and fire hose reels
- Demolition works of some existing gyprock walls
