LAHC announces that it will be conducting Industry Briefings to inform interested organisations in the Maintenance Industry of the proposed new Maintenance Contract and Delivery Approach to be adopted to provide maintenance for (currently) over 110,000 properties within the LAHC residential housing portfolio across NSW.

 

The portfolio includes Medium Density Units, Town Houses and free standing Residential Properties within 16 contract areas grouped into 3 Regions within NSW.

 

Further details are provided in the Industry Briefing document titled: Proposed New Maintenance Contract which can be downloaded using the step below. An opportunity to provide feedback is outlined in the Industry Briefing Document.

 

Note, neither this Industry Briefing nor any organisation’s feedback will form part of the formal procurement process currently being documented for the delivery of the maintenance services.

 

The Industry Briefings will be held in Sydney, Goulburn, Bathurst and Newcastle during the week commencing 11 March 2013.
