Businesslink and Ageing Disability and Home Care (ADHC) are agencies within the Department of Family and Community Services (FACS). The Residential Fire Sprinkler Program is an initiative of the NSW state government; its overall aim is to provide residential fire sprinkler installation through retrofitting, to selected properties to protect the safety of occupants.

This EOI is for Fire Services Contractors to retrofit (supply and install) residential fire sprinkler systems and associated upgrade works to existing fire services to existing FACS properties. The EOI document may be obtained by registering on the NSW Government e-tendering portal at https://tenders.nsw.gov.au.
