Businesslink and Ageing Disability and Home Care (ADHC) are agencies within the Department of Family and Community Services (FACS). The Residential Fire Sprinkler Program is an initiative of the NSW state government; its overall aim is to provide residential fire sprinkler installation through retrofitting, to selected properties to protect the safety of occupants.

This EOI is for Fire Services Contractors to retrofit (supply and install) residential fire sprinkler systems and associated upgrade works to existing fire services to existing FACS properties. The EOI document may be obtained by registering on the NSW Government e-tendering portal at https://tenders.nsw.gov.au. Expression of Interest for Specific Contracts - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a specific work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria, and those who best meet the required criteria are invited to Tender (as tender type Pre-Qualified/Invited).

EOI must be submitted in electronic format, either in Adobe Acrobat PDF format or Microsoft Word 2003 format through the above NSW Government e-tendering portal.

EOI must be received in full by 10am on Tuesday 12  February 2013.
