Tender Details

This is an open invitation. 

Justice Infrastructure (Principal) is seeking to establish a panel of suitable registered Suppliers, experienced with Justice related services that wish to tender for future Justice architectural design consultancy services. This includes master planning, concept design, and development of tender documentation. This does not include engineering services.

Any contracting will be in accordance with the standard form of contract for the NSW Procurement Consultants in Construction Prequalification Scheme.

RFT Type

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).

This is an expression of interest only to determine a panel of registered suppliers for future tendering opportunities. Contracts will only be awarded from any subsequent RFT.


Additional Details / Instructions

A non-mandatory briefing will be held 1.30pm 18 October 2017 at Level 1(Ground Floor), 50 Phillip Street, Sydney.

Applicants are requested to limit attendance to the briefing to one person, who must be confirmed for attendance with the Contact Person by noon on the business day before the briefing. 

Conditions for Participation

This is an open invitation. Preference will be given to Suppliers that are prequalified in the 201 Architectural-General, 204 Architecture-Correctional, and/or 219 Architectural-Heritage Works categories under the NSW Procurement SCM1191 Consultations in Construction Prequalification Scheme (Scheme). Suppliers currently not prequalified under the Scheme may provide evidence of application for prequalification, or provide an undertaking that they will seek prequalification; however Suppliers not prequalified may still become registered on the panel.
