Tender Details

The NSW Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) is procuring an ‘intermediary organisation’ as part of the introduction of the new Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) service system for NSW. The intermediary will function as; the subject matter expert on trauma informed therapeutic care for NSW; develop a knowledge bank to support therapeutic practice across the NGO sector; provide consultancy services and hold responsibility for workforce development’ activities (including training).

FACS has stipulated a staged procurement process; a Registration of Interest (ROI) will be published on the NSW Government eTendering site with details of the industry brief which will occur via webinar (to reach a national audience). Suitable applicants will then be invited by FACS to participate in a mandatory interactive process (to further develop the service specification based on market expertise), followed by a process of select tender.
